Your processes are the real bottleneck, not your software

Spreadsheets, manual handoffs, and disconnected tools are costing you more than you think. The fix is rarely a new software purchase.

Every business accumulates systems over time. A CRM that was set up by someone who left. An accounting package that does not talk to the inventory system. Spreadsheets that get emailed around and reconciled manually. These are not technology problems. They are workflow problems that technology can solve if applied correctly. But applying technology correctly means understanding the workflow first, not picking a platform and forcing the team to adapt. If you are unsure where to start, our IT consulting team can assess your environment and recommend the right approach before any development begins.

What we build, configure, and connect

Every engagement starts with the workflow. The technology follows.

ERP Implementation

Selection, configuration, data migration, and training for platforms like Odoo and ERPNext. We set up the modules you actually need and skip the ones that do not apply. No forced workflows. No multi-year consulting engagements.

CRM Solutions

Setup, customization, pipeline configuration, and reporting for CRM platforms. We configure the system to match your sales process, not the other way around. Adoption is built into the design, not bolted on after deployment.

Process Automation

Workflows using n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts. Data pipelines, document generation, approval flows, and integrations between systems. We automate the repetitive work so your team can focus on things that need human judgment.

Internal Tools & Portals

Custom dashboards, client portals, reporting systems, and internal applications. Lightweight tools built for your specific workflow. No bloat. No features nobody asked for. Just what your team needs to get the job done.

Custom Software Development

Web applications, APIs, integrations, and legacy system modernization. We build what off-the-shelf software cannot do. Clean code, documented APIs, and a handover your team can actually maintain.

How we decide what to build, buy, or fix

There is no default answer. Every situation is different. Here is the framework we apply.

Step 1

Map the actual workflow

We sit with your team and trace how work moves from start to finish. Where does it slow down? Where do errors get introduced? What would make their day easier? The answers are usually surprising and often contradict what management assumes.

Step 2

Find the smallest fix that makes a difference

Often a full ERP is not needed. A single integration, a custom dashboard, or a properly configured existing tool solves 80% of the pain. We find that 80% fix first and only expand scope when the ROI justifies it.

Step 3

Build or configure the solution

Configure if an existing platform fits. Integrate if systems need to connect. Build custom if nothing off the shelf matches. The choice is based on long-term maintainability, not what is quickest to deploy.

Step 4

Make sure people actually use it

Training, documentation, and a transition period where old and new systems run in parallel. We do not declare a project complete until the team has adopted the new way of working and the old spreadsheets are gone.
